CCVMP JANUARY 2019 MEETING AGENDA AND MESSAGE FROM PRESIDENT BARRY GARDNER.
Please look over the Officers and Chair listing. (Will post here after it is completed.) If your name is in a position, I ask that you please continue to serve. Notice that there are a few open positions. We have the best Veterans Park in west Georgia and one of the best Parks in the State because of the dedicated members of this Association. The Association runs successfully because of this dedication and the leadership of the Officers and Committee Chairs.
Look at the vacancies and please let me know where you would like to serve the Association.
We will round out our 100th Anniversary of World Was One observation with a Memorial Day program commemorating the formation of the American Legion and the opening of Post Number one in Paris France. Don Levans will update us on the planning thus far and what is upcoming.
I am looking forward to another successful year.
See you all on Monday January 28 2019 at 6:00 pm in the Veterans Building.

WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA POSTED IN THE CARROLL COUNTY VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK STILL LOOK GREAT - JANUARY 6, 2019
I visited the Carroll County Veterans Memorial Park today and was amazed to see the "Wreaths Across America" wreaths looking so nice and fresh, especially after all the rain we have had since December 15, 2018. Our Veterans and troops are honored at the Park every day and the Park is open 24/7 for visitors. The "Wreaths across American" is a great way to honor our veterans who gave the ultimate sacrifice - thousands of wreaths were placed on veterans' graves all across our nation. (Violette)
