CCVMP PROJECT TO SECURE THE MARBLE TO FINISH THE WALLS OF HONOR CURRENTLY IN THE PARK

SECURE THE MARBLE

Our mission is to plan, build, equip and maintain a park to honor military veterans from the Revolution to the present, who live in Carroll County, who have lived in Carroll County at some time, or who have Carroll County connections. They must present discharge papers verifying that they   honorably served their country.

The Times Georgian and WLBB are writing and talking   about the Carroll County Veterans Memorial Park financial drive to reach a goal of $80,000. IT will be used for the purchase and installation of marble for the remaining concrete walls at the park.  Over the years we have purchased the marble when we have sold the plaques to fill the wall. Availability of marble and the steady inflation of the cost inspired us to start this drive to “Secure the Marble”

We are asking individuals, Civic Organizations, Church groups, Corporations, etc. to join us in the effort.  If you donate in any of the following amounts your name will be placed on the Contributor’s Wall.

$500-$999 – Bronze Level

$1,000 - $9.999 - Silver Level

$10,000 – 19,999 – Gold Level

$20,000 & Up – Platinum Level

Call Barry Gardner to schedule a tour or to plan for your group to meet at the Park (770-838-0080)    To donate go to ccvmp.org and click on “donations” or mail to CCVMP 1050 Newnan Rd, Carrollton, GA 30116.
