VETERAN'S DAY PROGRAM - NOVEMBER 7, 2020 - AT CARROLL COUNTY VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK, 1050 NEWNAN RD., CARROLLTON, GA 30116

 


The Carroll County Veterans Memorial Park will be hosting a Veterans Day Program at the Veterans Park on Newnan Road  on Saturday morning, November 7th.  Terry Lowry will provide music beginning at 10:30, and the program will begin at 11:00.  The guest speaker will be COL. Eric Bergiel, USMCR.  Program will end with a musical tribute to each of the Military Services, and veterans from each Service will be recognized.  Please plan to attend and show your support for our military, both active and veterans.  Proper social distancing and face masks are required, and bring your own chair.

CCVMP MONTHLY MEETING OCTOBER 26, 2020, 6 P.M., VETERANS BUILDING


 The Carroll County Veterans Memorial Park Assn. will hold its monthly membership meeting on Monday, October 26th  at 6:00 PM in the Carroll County Veterans Bldg. located at 1790 Stripling Chapel Rd. The Meeting will be held in the American Legion Room to permit correct social distancing. Mask wear is strongly  encouraged but not required..

 This will be the last meeting before our Veterans Day Event on November 7th. We will confirm responsibilities for the event. We will also approve the slate of Offices and Board members for the 2021-2022 year. Due to COVID we will not hold elections  this year. All current Officers have agreed to serve for one more year..

 Members are urged to attend and guest are welcome.  Membership in the Association is open to any resident of Carroll County and anyone outside the county who has ties to the county., and supports Veterans.  Cost is $10 person per year or $25 for an organization.
