VETERANS DAY CEREMONY AT THE CARROLL COUNTY VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK AND WALL OF HONOR 30 COMPLETED

Wall of Honor Number 30 is completed and contains 48 veterans names and service records.  This makes a total of over 1,440 plaques in the Park.  Pictured is Jeff Denney and Violette Denney.

VETERANS DAY CEREMONY, NOVEMBER 5TH, 2022, AT THE CARROLL COUNTY VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK.

(Several years ago J. P. Rowe and Bill Head placed the memorial wreath during the ceremony.)

The Carroll County Veterans Memorial Park Association will conduct a Veterans Day Ceremony at the Veterans Park at 1050 Newnan Road, Carrollton on Saturday, November 5, 2022.  The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. with music by the Carrollton Wind Ensemble conducted by Terry Lowry.  The program begins at 11 a.m.

The theme is “What does it mean to be a Veteran?”  The guest speaker is Sen. Matt Brass. Veterans Day recognizes all veterans.  Everyone is invited as we honor our Carroll County Veterans.
