LAYING OF THE WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA AT THE CARROLL COUNTY VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK

The Wreaths Across America ceremony was held at the Carroll County Veterans Memorial Park on Saturday, December 16, 2017, at 12 noon, with Charles Feaselman as Master of Ceremonies.  Wreaths were placed at each of the service flags plus one at the POW/MIA flag and the Purple Heart flag.  Today Wreaths Across America will be at Arlington National Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans through the laying of Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes and the act of saying the name of each and every veteran aloud.  Ceremonies will be held all across America.  The local Laying of the Wreaths ceremony at the CCVMP was sponsored by the Military Officers Association of America.
