MEMORIAL DAY PROGRAM AT THE CCVMP, MAY 24, 2025

 

The Memorial Day Ceremony today at the Park started at 10:30 a.m. with music.  LTC Barry Gardner (Ret) as the emcee and Mike Dugan was the guest speaker.  Cadets from Carrollton High School AFJROTC presented the Colors and the Memorial Wreath was presented by members of the NSSAR, MOAA, AMVETS and American Legion Post 143. The Honor Guard fired their rifles, and the Bell was struck for those that lost their lives during each of the wars. God Bless America was sung everyone and the Honor Guard raised the USA Flag from Half-Staff.
