NEWS FROM THE PRESIDENT

"Four of the CCVMP Officers attended the "Non-Profit Networking Event" on Tuesday Jan 9, 2016.  The event was held at the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce office and was attended by the leaders of most of the Non-Profits in the county.  The sponsors of the event was Doctors Melanie McCellan and Amber Smallwood of UWG and supported by Kim Jones of the Community Foundation of West GA.  This was a wonderful opportunity to connect with other organizations, discover their needs and objectives and learn where and how they obtain funding, volunteers and support.  Most importantly, making contact with the assets available at UWG was of extreme value to CCVMP."
