WALL OF HONOR # 28 IS BEING INSTALLED AT THE CARROLL COUNTY VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK

 

Wall of Honor # 28 is being installed!  Sammy Robinson is sitting on the ground in the background installing a granite brick and one of his employees is sandblasting on the new wall.  Wanda Maddox and President Barry Gardner are proof reading the stencils before they are sandblasted.
