Events Schedule for 2016

The following special events have been planned at the Park for this year:

Nov 5 -  Veterans Day  Program by CCVMP Association

Dec 17 - Wreaths-Across-America by Military Officers Association

At 10:00 a. m. on 4/23 Carroll County lost more of its sons during the War-Between-The-States-than in ALL WARS since!  Those who gave all will be honored.

At 11:00 a. m. on 5/28 Mayor Walt Hollingsworth will be the speaker as we honor those who were killed in service

At 11:00 a.m. on 6/11, the SAR and DAR will lead in a formal Flag Retirement Service demonstrating the history and proper reverence for our Nations Colors.

At 11:00 a. m. on 9/10 American Legion Post 143 will coordinate with all First Responder   unite in the County in conducting a service remembering the terrorist attack on our country on September 11, 2011. 

At 11:00 a. m. on 11/5 we will honor ALL Veterans with special emphasis on those who served during the Vietnam War.

At 11:00 a. m. on 12/10 the MOA Association will conduct a service of the Laying of the Wreaths
